Where did selena get her dress on trl?

i really loved the dress that selena gomez wore on trl when the jonas brothers were on it. I have been trying to find where she got it for a while now but i just cant. If anyone can help me find that would be awesome. I dont care if it is expensive or not i just want to find out where it is from.... below is a picture of the dress.
