i dont know but i saw it on the news also. he is now paralyzed from the neck down. that is so sad. there was even a man that crossed the street A FEW FEET FROM HIM and he just looked and kept walking. nobody even pulled out a cell phone right away. i mean if i was in that situation, i wouldnt try to pick him up for fear of injuring him more than he already was but i would've at LEAST called an ambulance. it just hurts to know that people can be so uncaring. my thoughts and prayers are with his family.
