Where did you have your honeymoon?

and what attracted you to that particular location?

We are getting married in Kenya and staying for 2 weeks,

Why - because it's the most amazing country in the world ! to see wildlife in it's natural habitat is just breath taking and with the way the world is going i want to see it all before poachers, loggers and just man in general kill every thing !

I went to Kenya 10 years ago and i have never been to a zoo since.......

Then a few months later we will have our honeymoon in Cuba,

Why - because it's soooo cheap to go there at the min from the UK and i have never been before, i don't like going to the same place twice as there is so much of the world to see and i want to see it all before i die ! and i can think of no one better to travel with than my soon to be beautiful husband.

We took a cruise to the Mexican Riviera.  

Why Mexico

-Because it was close and we did not have to pay for flights

-I wanted to visit a different culture, but I didn't mind that it was too touristy because I knew I wouldn't be able to really appreciate it on my honeymoon

-Mexico is more affordable than say Hawaii

Why the Riviera

-I love tropical Baja way more than nearby Ensenada

-The Riviera cruise was seven days instead if the five days to Ensenada

Why a cruise

-We didn't want to have to worry about hotels, food and travel

-The cruise offers a lot of comfortable (tv, a/c) downtime

-A cruise is really more affordable than hotel travel

We haven't had our honeymoon yet, but we are going to the Bahamas on a cruise for our honeymoon!!

We took a Caribbean cruise.  What attracted us to that was I worked as a travel agent at the time, and we could get it for dirt cheap.  Plus, a cruise allows you to visit several different places, but you only unpack once.  Cruises are also pretty all inclusive--you pay 1 price and just about everything is included in that price.  Here's a good website if you're interested in finding out more about cruises:

We are renting a cabin in the Smokey Mountains near Gatlinburg TN. We are getting married in October, so I will be beautiful there. My fiance and I are both outdoorsy type people so this local. suits our personalities well. We can go hiking, we can probably see some wildlife right from out cabin and we also have our own person hot tub.(plus my fiance does not like the heat at all, so someplace tropical was out of the question)

We went to Solvang in CA and Las Vegas.

It was all timing.  We would have had it in a different country, somewhere in Asia.  But a lot of my family members and friends flew in from all over the world and we wanted to spend more time with them whie they were here.

Bermuda!! We are going on a 7 day cruise to Bermuda. The dock is very close to our home, so we don't have to worry about transportation, flights etc. All meals are included and we had a great rate. We do not have to worry about anything, just relaxing and partying. We got a great deal on it!!

I can't wait to go.

Rarotonga in the South Pacific.  My mum is buried there and I hadn't been back since I was a baby (30 yrs ago) so it was nice to visit her grave.

And all the other features, nice warm tropical weather, beautiful beaches, layed back relaxing atmosphere. PARADISE :):)
