  1. Mexicans. Seriously. Itinerant farm works are as big a phenomenon in Canada as they are in California. They are granted temporary work visas, room and board. Throughout the summer and autumn, it is not unusual to see a pickup truck full of Mexicans going into town on Saturday night.

  2. mexicans my butt! the people who harvest the crops in Canada are the Canadians. whether it's just a small family farm or a huge factory, it is the people of Canada that harvest our crops and put the food on the table. maybe some farms hire cheap mexican workers, but i don't think so. we have walmart to do that for us. anyway, don't let anyone tell you otherwise because they are wrong.

  3. Red+Indians

  4. We do get temp workers on seasonal work visas. Most of those used to come from places like Jamaica.

We have been getting more Mexicans lately.
