  1. contact the Ukrainian embassy

visit their website for info on visa regulations ect and where to apply

  2. Depending on where you're from, either your nearest Ukranian embassy or consulate. Check their website for details. If you're a resident in a third country (you're a citizen of X, yet you live in Y), call them to see whether the embassy in Y or X is supposed to process your application.

  3. try this link.

  4. Depends on where you are a citizen.

If a US citizen, or a citizen of the EU (and several other countries), you do not need a visa to visit Ukraine for up to 90 days at a time.

If you are a citizen of another country, you can check here to see if you need a visa: http://www.ukrainesf.com/consular/englis...

And you can get application forms and information here: http://www.ukrainesf.com/consular/englis...

The above sites are the Ukrainian embassy consular section. You always apply at the Ukrainian embassy.

  5. http://www.visa4travel.com/Embass/Ukrain...

    try this

  6. going out on a limb here;  but i would go online and look up kiev .com or something and you should be able to track down what you want there.
