Where do I buy raffle tickets like they have at bars and clubs?

I understand that you need a small game of chance license, but where can you purchase like pop-open tickets or rip-open tickets that have like money payouts on the tickets like we all play at local fairs and at bingo halls, and clubs and bars. I need like the name of them and maybe a good website!
