Could I use the gift cards to buy stuff online?

Also, is a 14 year old able to get them?

most banks and grocery stores sell prepaid cards. i don't think a 14 yr old can purchase one, you would have to ask. but they can have one and use it i know becuse my son has carried one for a few years now and he is 12. you just have to be very carefull that the 14 yr old is not taken advance of by overcharging or theft of the card number. shop with the 14 yr old until they get the hang of it
