Where do I complain about a business in London ?

Here in the US we can complain about a business to the Better Business Bureau and the local Chamber of Commerce if we feel they have been unfair in a dealing. Is there a similar organization in London. If so, how does one contact it ?

What is the business? there is a trading standard association but it depends on what the business is and what is your complaint
