Where do I connect the Sump Pump to?

Trying to sell, We have a wet crawlspace and need to install a sump pump, but where do you drain the water to, a drain, or is it suppose to drain the outdoors

If You have a drain that will handle the flow of water then you can use it, otherwise, you can run a hose to the outside as long as you can get it far enough away so that the water does not come back inside. Good Luck!

In the US it is illegal to put ground water into the sewer system that takes bath water, so here it must be drained into a yard or a storm sewer.
