Where do I file a complaint against a Burger King restaurant?

I visited a Burger King restaurant in Chicago. I placed my order and waited (and watched) as the person prepared my burger. The person was not wearing gloves. I told the manager about it and she said "we don't have any gloves today" then she said "it's not my problem". So I handed her my receipt and told her I wanted my money back. Which she did.

On top of everything... she gives my an attitude, and no apology.

  1. i use to work there send it to corp the people who own the place if you don't they won't do nothing ...


  2. Call the corporate office.  I have never been to a  Burger King where they wear gloves. My neighbor works at our local one and he says they do not even have gloves there.

  3. You can go to the store manger..if that doesn't work..or that was the store manger, ask for info to contact the DM ( District Manager.) If no success there..go to the corporate office to file your complaint on the store.

  4. Contact their head office online and if that doesn't shake things up then escalate to the local health inspectors.

  9. Look on the web site and find the 800 number.  Or they will have a "contact us" link. Tell them the date and time and the receipt number on your cash register slip.  If you remember the name of the employee, report that also.  If you don't have that name, give a description -- according to height, s*x, and hair color, glasses.  (You need not include race.)  See if you can remember whether or not hair was out of face and/or he/she was wearing a cap or a hair net.

    I am a mystery shopper, and I know they take these things very seriously.  If you really want to create a "splash", then contact your local health department.

    But, you will get a reply from the corporate offices.  They don't approve of that AT ALL.

  11. You should call the local corporate office.  They will take care of it the same day you call I would bet....  But make sure it is the local number !
