Villefranche is more romantic and quieter than Nice.

You have a large choice of hotels.

Consider St-Jean Cap Ferrat as well (Antibes is overcrowded).

in Nice, it's not very quiet, but you can try this lovely hotel:

but i think it's better to go to Villefranche sur mer, wonderful little city, very near from Nice:

but for this hotel, you need a car. it's very quiet, beautiful!!
