Where do I find a telephone that records both sides of the conversation?

I use to have one that when someone called, you could just hit a button called 2-way and it recorded the conversation of the person I was talking to. I have been looking everywhere. I need this because I know my mother didn't die of a natural death and her husband has incrimated himself several times. He had already had her cremated before he told us she was dead. I have one phone call where he didn't know he was being recorded on my answering machine and he was threatening to kill her then. Anyway, that's what I'm looking for and why. Thanks in advance.
