Where do I find housing market statistics for Saginaw,Mi, and the whole state of Michigan?

I want to know if the median price of houses is going to rise or fall in the coming months.

I was looking at the National Association of Home Builders but I couldn't find any information.

There will be different statistics for New and Resale homes available on different websites.

I suggest going to http://mirealtors.com/news.html and click on Housing Statistics from the Top Menu choices.  Home sale information is sorted on this website by Multiple Listing Service and Realtor(R) Boards.  June is the last month available.

New home stats will be different and available elsewhere.
