Where do I find information on applying for university overseas?

I've googled it and asked college counselors and friends/family. No one seems to have any information on it. I'm currently enrolled in a California community college and have been thinking about applying to colleges in the UK but I don't know how (not a study abroad program, but actually applying to and attending a university in the UK). Does anybody know where to find information on this?

You obviously didn't research very hard then and nor did you take the time to look at any U.K. university websites. All of the information you need you will find on their website under the admission for international students section.
