Where do I find nipple rings in the NW Chicagoland suburbs?

Ok a few questions actually:

1- how do I know the gauge? It's large because my nipples are pretty big.

2- How soon can I switch the ring to a more attractive one?

3- How difficult is it to switch nipple rings once it's healed?

go to spencers in woodfield mall. that store has crazy stuff, i wouldnt doubt they have nip rings. (:
