My ex boyfriend is taking therapy classes & they did this exercise called Guided imagery Therapy... They had him close his eyes and imagine an entire scene - and then based on what he saw, his feelings, and his actions - they determined a few things about his personality & inner self - This is so intriguing to me - and I would like to find more exercises like that - Does anyone know of any good books with lots of them or any websites with them??? That would be really helpful! Thank you :)

  1. I use the book Spinning Inward. IT is wonderful.

  2. Creative Visualization by Shakhti Gawain.

Really, the most fun is to do the exercises yourself.  Imagine things you really like and visualize them - this enhances concentration and your creativity as well.
