  1. what  city are you in?

  2. ask the local municipality

  3. Most cities and towns provide them for residents.  Call the clerk's office and ask.

  4. If you can't get one from the township, you can buy one from Staples for around $7.

  5. What company does it say on the side of the truck, look number up in phone book ask them how, they should be the ones to give you one. Or if you know who picks up your trash, call them and ask about getting one.

  6. pretty sure you can get the blue bins at any trash drop off or at least at the landfill on bee's ferry

  7. We moved to Jackson 12 years ago, and I was asking the same question.  We were in NC, and had trucks that came around to our homes and emptied the items from our bins into separate chambers.  Well, I drove to Dudley's (muddy, in a scary location) with small children to try to recycle cans.)  I took paper to the recycle place off of Martin Luther King Drive, but my car got stuck, and it was not worth the gas.  The city came out with the "blue bags" but would only give you 2, and you had to drive to the landfill to get them.  Folks kept using them for other trash, so they discontinued that.  I saw signs for curbside recycling, but that is a fellow who will charge you monthly for the service, and he profits from taking them to the places that pay....so, as I  (a fellow singer) have discovered, there are no recycle bins.  We are told that people go through our garbage and pick out the things to recycle...now how nasty is that?  Anyway, that's been my recycle journey here over the past decade.  It was really difficult to get out of the habit of rinsing glass, plastic and cans and separating them, and saving papers.  I did recycle papers for project graduation last year, but that was all.

  8. find ure town website there should be a number u could call to get one 4 free

or u could go to city hall and ask

  9. Ask your local council for a bin. They should provide them free of charge.

  10. call the local recycling company and ask if they could get you one. Or if you neighbors have one ask them. just ask around.
