  1. For the best bee pollen, find a local (within 100 miles of where you live) Bee Keeper.  This way you are digesting local pollen which will help you with your allergies.  Also, ask this question: How was it stored and dried?  If any type of heat was mentioned, you are not getting anything out of it.  Any type of heat, even to just warm, is no longer considered raw and the natural properties have been destroyed. (even by putting honey in coffee or tea.. it just becomes sugar.)  Most will freeze dry it, that is the best way.  In the local stores are they storing it in a refrigerators or on the shelf?  Some stores actually dont' know where to store it and destroy the properties, until someone mentions it.  However, once you find that bee keeper, buy some raw honey while your there as well.  Nothing like some raw honey on peanut butter and wheat bread! Hmmmm.

  2. First off there is no such thing as "dead" bee pollen......... :-))

Bee pollen is the pollen (powder accumulated from flowers & trees) that bees need to make honey from........

you can get them at health food shops....

  3. I agree. Health food store. Fridge section.
