Where do I get my permit to sell my goldfish to department stores? I live in California?

I would check with local stores as the above poster suggests.  I can tell you I have sold many fish to pet stores and have never needed a permit of any sort.  I'm not in California however.

try going to your local store and getting one. you might not even need one. if you do they'll probaly want a tank inspection before you get a permit. plus goldfish are hard to breed so you might not need to have a permit. good luck though.
