It depends on what kind of swimwear you are looking for.

If you are looking for competitive suits i would go to http://synchorswim.com/ or swimoutlet.com

For general suits i would go to target, limited too, sports athourity or big 5 (who have comp. suits too) which all have modest but cute suits

If you are looking for a 2 piece, Target, Khols, and Limited Too have a lot of cute swim suits.

If you are looking for a 1 piece, any swim store that sells TYR brand suits or Dolfin suits are cute. I know the one near my house that sells these are called DJ Sports, and they can be found online at www.djsports.com
