Where do I get the plastic film that sticks over a photo to make a "hologram"? Like at Universal Studios?

When my husband and I were at universal studios we got a photo taken of us at a craft stand. The lady took 2 photos, one us us standing there, and one of us kissing. When she printed it out, it printed in lines, both photos together, each photo was printed every other line. Then she stuck a plastic ribbed sticker over it, and now when you look at it from different angles, the 2 different photos show, and it looks like we are kissing. I want to know how to make these!!! What program do I need to print the photos in lines like that, and where do I buy that ribbed plastic film??
