  1. in the supermarket, you can buy it in powder or paste form.

  2. Whole Foods and other excellent health food stores as well as Japanese or Asian Markets carry Wasabi powder.

Additionally, you will also find it in condiments and in recipes such as salad dressings in restaurants! It adds a wonderful quality to food.

I just did a Wasabi Apricot Mango Vege Chick'n  Nugget dish just yesterday that is outstanding. I have not yet posted it on-line yet but it will be there soon.

    Here is a preview

    * Tucked into a corner of a gift basket sat a rectangular jar of Robert Rosthschild Farm Apricot Mango Wasabi Sauce. Curious, I pondered what to do with it. The result?

Dredge nuggets in the Golden Flax Meal

  4. The supermarket in the spice section.  Most supermarkets stock spices on the shelf alphabetically, so it would probably be near the bottom

  5. at a local japanese food restaurant may help you out...

  6. You should be able to find it in a well stocked grocery chain store in the Asian section.  If that fails you can get it at any Japanese market.  You might also be able to get fresh wasabi which is much better.

  7. asian market or international isle in your local supermarket

  8. Do you have any Asian supermarkets around you? I know that common grocers like Krogers, Tom Thumb.. etc have a little ethnicity aisle where they sell all sorts of ethnic foods. I'm sure wasabi powder is somewhre around there.

Getting it at an Asian supermarket will guarantee taht it is not  an overly Americanized product and it will be much cheaper than the common grocers.

  9. asian section at your market
