Where do I go TOMORROW?????please help!!!! so very confused!!!!!?

hi

i am so very confused

you see, tomorrow i have two things i could do

my friends invited me to this school welcome party at a hotel at night

and my dad, whom i dont see very often cuz i live with my mom and they are divorced, invited me to the beach during the day but id have to stay with him over night

and i frankly have no idea of what to do

what would you do if u were in my position???

i dont want to make my dad feel bad, but i want to go to this party sooo bad!!!...

btw.im 15, if that helps in any way =D

ask your dad if you guys can go to the beach a different day.. cuz you really wanna go to this party with ur friends so ask if u can reschedule  if he went down to see you for that particular day then go with him if he lives right there then there's no reason he wouldnt mind rescheduling =]

You don't see your dad very often and from they way this question was phrased it seems like you do want to hang out with your dad. You can see your friends any time you want and there will be other parties but you don't often get the chance to hang out with your dad so you should go to the beach.

well personally I would go with my friends. but thats only because I don't like my dad very much. But you do, so go with your dad. Your dad would be sad, if you didn't go with him. And since, you can't go the party, have your own party another night.

Your dad no doubt, he cares about you and you (I hope so) care about him more than your friends. There will be more parties in the future, but you only have one dad. You never know that this could be the last day. Plus as you said you don't see your dad often, but you'll see your friends again some other time. Just miss out this one party.
