Where do I go from here? (After getting my comptia A+ and Network+)?

Question

My best friend and I have decided to start studying for both our A+ and Network+ before the summer ends. After that which other certifications would help get us into the IT industry? I'm thinking I definitely want to get my CCNA sometime, but what others does anyone recommend.

(Note: I'm actually studying for my BSc and diploma in Computing and Networking too. But I am curious as to how far certifications go, because my best friend doesn't want to go to college)

There  are othere  certifications  for  you  to  choose   ,such  as   CCDA   CCNP
