Where do I go to RELEARN BS in CS with minors in Math and accounting?

In 1989 I received a BS in Computer Science with minors in math and accounting. I graduated in 3 years in top of the class standings while raising two children. My specialty was programming languages. I went straight to work for IBM. In April 2006 I had a seizer and FORGOT everything. could not even turn on a light switch or use knife and fork..It took 14 months to type. since then another seizer and a stroke last month Apr 08 which hit the right BASAL GANGLIA. This has caused reading speach numbness,etc problems WHERE can I go to RELEARN what I did for a LIVING. All this is very frustrating and I am now just talking about it because I feel so dumb not being able to do the things I did. I have NEVER had to depend on anyone to pay the bills and I have to depend on disability and it is rough. What is worse I have a girl in college. and I try the best to help because her dad died in 1997 and I know one day she will be a doctor to HELP ones like ME

Not to special education classes for students with disabilities.  They typically shave nothing to do with accounting.
