Where do I go to be a model/actress?

I really want to be a model/actress, but I don't know where to go. My dream has been to be an actress on tv!! I also want to be a model. I want to act on Disney Channel, Teen Nick and, The N. I want to model for abercrombie (the kids one), and be in magazines like M, J-14, Teen Vogue, and CosmoGirl.

PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
