  1. look for the state's medical licensure board.

  2. Is all in the internet "New York Dental Society" and take it from there.

  3. Your having problems with an orthodontist in 2 different states? Ever think you might be the problem, not the orthodontist??

  4. You file your complaint with the Dental Association and make sure you have all your facts and recods available. You may be asked for them. You must prove that negligence occured on behalf of the dentist.

if he or she messed up your tooth you may have a law suit, but you also have the right to be reimbursed your money and choose another dentist of your choice and have it paid by the original dentist for failure to comply.

  5. I believe you'd file through the dental board for those states.

You also can file a complaint thru the local Better Business

Bureau for future patients to be aware of with those particular

practices. Many people check on the reputation of a medical

or dental practice before they seek treatment with that professional.

  6. 2 complaints?  i think maybe you have issues.  not everything is a lawsuit.
