Where do I go to make my photos have text on them???

Question

I want to take a photo of me and my bestfriend and add a text to it,

then leave it on her profile as a comment..

SO 2 questions..

1. where do I go to add text to one of my photos??

and 2. How do I then take that photo and leave it as a comment on

her profile??

copy the html code and add comment

To add text:  FotoFlexer: http://fotoflexer.com/

-Upload Photo

-Click Decorate Tab

-Select Text Button

-Enter Text in Text box.

-Move text where you want it on the photo

-Then under Text Options you can

select color, font, size, etc>Click Apply

-Click Save>Save to My Computer>Save
