You do not need a handgun license in Missoura unless your local municipality requires it. Doubtful, though. I assume what you mean is a conceal-carry permit?

You need to go to your local police department for the application.

1) Concealed wealon permit.

2) Local police station. 2 sets of fingerprints $10

3) hand-gun safety handling class at local community college or range. $25-$100.

4) Actual permit, I don't really know.
