Where do I go to run my Administrator account?

want to download my Service Pack 3

Just log in through an administrator account, start IE, click on Tool, then Windows updates. If the update fails, it usually gives an error number. Tell me what it is and I can tell you how to fix whatever is broken so that the update is downloaded and installed.
