Where do I learn oracle R 12 in Pune?

I need to learn this for supply chain management. Is there someone who teaches this at home or do I need to attend a course in an institute. Would someone recommend an institute for me. The course need not be the full duration and could be short.

Try getting the user guides and study them. or attend a week at oracle university.
