Where do I leave my luggage in Vasteras, Sweden?

I have booked 2 nights of hotel, cos on the 3rd night i'm going to sleep on the train going up to the north, but the train only departs at 11PM, which means i have a long spare time and I was thinking about going to Sala (to the Silver Mine) or maybe to some small island around vasteras.... but WHERE do I leave my valise?? It is a small one, but i still don't want to have the inconvenience of dragging it along with me.

Hello. Since you will be going to the train station, it may be convenient for you to use a locker there. It doesn't cost that much, just some coins, and it is very safe. Then you can come back and pick it up before you get on your train. Just ask someone who works at the train station in Västerås where the luggage lockers are located.
