Where do I meet other African Amercan aspiring actors and playwrights?

I am an African American aspiring actress and playwright. I really want to meet other black aspiring actors and playwright's. I am currently living in Miami Florida, which really doesn't have many opportunities for African American theatre. How do I meet other black playwrights and aspiring black performers.

ONE RIGHT HERE....lol im trying to but i live in jacksonville and its worse here....the very little acting jobs here are in south Fl atlanta isnt far and is our best oppertunity for acting jobs then NY if willing to travel
