  1. the 316 have the expansion tank mounted near the radiator (front of engine compt.) left hand side you will see that light colored tank on the side of the radiator, crack the cap to let the pressure bleed off(round black cap), for you i would recomend filling it when the engine is cool so you dont get burned or hurt. top it to the "kalt" (cold) line. you are good to go.

    good luck

  2. It goes in the glove box !!!

  3. Open the hood, right in frount of you you should see a cream coloured plastic tank it will have the coolant sign on it , open it and fill it. Remember to s***w the lid on properly. Or pressure may cause the coolant to leak out.

  4. As said, but make sure the Engine is cold before you open the cap.

  5. in the RADATOR

  6. Rectangle shaped bottle on the side of your radiator at the front of the engine bay, be sure to squeeze the big rubber pipe at the top of the radiator repeatedly if the coolant is very low. This will eradicate any air locks which Beemers are notorious for.

  7. the petrol tank

  8. if u are not sure, just drive nearby to any mechanic,he will help u to pour in the right reciever.

If u still want to try?

Please look for a small hose from radiator leading to a plastic reciever,

You unsrew the cap and pour your coolant upto to marked top level.

    do not overfill the coolant.

    take care

  9. Low pressure side of the A/C lines..

  10. Pour it into the oblong vent just in front of the windscreen....
