Where do I put the oragel to numb my eyebrows for waxing?

I'm getting my eyebrows waxed for the first time today. I want to use oragel to numb them beforehand, but I don't knoe were to apply it. Does it go over the hairs, above them, or where? I want to do this right!

Umm i wouldent do that.. sometimes they can wax it properly if you do like dont put lotion before either, but if you realy want to put it on around ^_^
