Where do I send this watch for repair

Hi,This is a nice looking watch, but it quit working about a month after I got it. I lost the warranty paper and don't know where to send it for repair. Can you help?The problem is it only has movement for 5 seconds, then I shake it to wind it since it is automatic and it works only for another 5 seconds. There seems to be some loose parts rolling around in the bottom like something came apart inside.
