Where do I upload the cover art for my podcast?

I just uploaded my first podcast episode onto iTunes and I don't know where to upload the cover art for it. I've searched on the iTunes site, but I can't find where it says how and where to upload... Help is much appreciated!!

When you make an episode, save it to your computer and then import it into itunes. It will show up in your songs library. Right-click on it and choose "get info". From there, choose the artwork tab, and put your picture there. Close out. You don't need to re-save the podcast. When you upload it to your web host, it will now carry the artwork with it. Cool, huh?
