I'm kidding i'm kidding, lol. But my actual question is- in runescape my range is 60 whats the best, fastest and most cost effective way to get to lvl 70+ ? and that won't take forever. Thanks hopefully its an easy 10 points for you.

Power level. Party up with a friend in a higher level and battle enemies in a much stronger level. You only have to hit the enemy once and run, then wait for your friend to finish him off. Either that or just keep playing. MMORPG's are all about killing things until you level up sadly.
