Where do babies come from?(please read)?

If a child asks you where babies come from,how would you answer them.I don't want to tell them where they actually come from of course,But really how would you answer them.My sister always asks me and I don't know how to answer her.So any advice on what I should tell them

Next time she asks you tell her to ask your mom or dad. I really don't think that it's your place to tell your sister anything about it, this is your parents responsibility. Unless you don't have a mother or father then it is up to them what to tell her.

just tell them they are going to find out sooner or later my 7 year old know where baby's come from

so you want to shelter her from the truth my son was only 4  when he found out how baby are made and where they come from he was in the room when i had his little brother

Why wouldn't you tell them the truth?  I asked when I was three and my mother got me a book with pictures that told how babies were made at a level a three year old could understand.  

But it didn't really hide anything.

My sons are 6 and 3.  I'm pregnant with our 3rd child, and the boys have asked the same question, lol.  I explained to them that God took a part of Mommy and a part of Daddy, put them together in my tummy to grow a baby.  That seemed to suffice for them.

Sheese, if my mom or dad had explained this to me before I was 23, it would have really simplified things for me.

My 5 year old recently asked me how he got in my tummy and I just said "You grew there." He was satisfied with that. He didn't ask me why he grew there or what caused him to grow there. He just wanted to know how he got in so I told him lol. Just tell her babies grow in their mommies tummies.

The best answer is that babies grow in a mommy's tummy. Quick, easy and simple enough that a little one usually excepts that answer.
