Where do birds hide when it rains? Thanks.?

Actually, their feathers are naturally coated with an oily base, so that water beads off of them and they can still fly.  Birds just hang under the leaves in the trees when it rains-- kinda like when we kick back in front of a cozy fire when it rains; not because we can't go outside, just because it's comfortable.

Trees & other areas that are dry. Also birds have water repellent feathers so rain does not really bother them unless it is a downpour.

Birds hide when it rain, so there feather don't get to wet. If they do then they mostlikely can fly.

Just like someone who can't swim wouldn't want to get wet or be by a pool.

Birds have waterproof feathers, so they don't necessarily have to HIDE when it rains. I'm sure they either stay where they are in a tree, or they can get under roof awnings and things like that.  I know birds like water because they bathe in the puddles in the street and stuff.

birds hide in the trees,window sills , under eaves of the roof anywhere they get shelter from rain.Most flocks fly to a dry region
