I need to lease some cars for the business and I thought that rather than leasing them from a leasing company, I would cut them out and go direct to source thus saving myself some money - but from where??

  1. Don't forget you can also buy last years Rental Cars. there not bad and tend to be well looked after. Good Luck.

  2. They get them from local dealers.  Very large companies may take delivery directly from the Regional Office.

  3. trade ins on leases/purchases, auctions(dealer license required) and dealerships-when they buy in mass quantities, they get pretty cheap....

  4. They get them from dealers just like everyone else. Occasionally large corporations have leasing agreements with a manufacotorer, say Ford, where Ford themselves leases the car to the corp, and they let certain VIP employees have a company car, but for the most part whatever leasing company you will get a car from just gets them from dealers, and its really not that much cheaper unless they do it on a very large scale.

  5. State laws and car manufacturers' rules require that ALL new cars come from franchised and state-licensed new-car dealers. Lease companies buy car's from dealers and lease them to you. You can lease through the "fleet manager" at most dealers. This is the most directly method.

  6. there is not leasing car source to go to companies buy car to lease

They get their cars directly from dealers. Car factories and dealers cannot be "cut out" of the loop.  The dealers pay large franchise fee and the factory considers them a vital part of their (car) company.

    Good Luck....
