The best way is through an agent. DON'T use ExporeTalent... it's supposedly a scam.

I second the comment about exploretalent-- big scam

you can try actorsaccess though i think they have some commercials on occasion

most big commercials are union, so since you are young and non-union you won't be able to try out.  even the ones that are non-union are usually closed auditions, which means you need an agent to even be seen.  you can really only get an agent with lots of training and experience, so keep doing school plays, community theater, local student films, and take as many classes as you can.

Try exploretalent.com...maybe even craigslist.org (find your city or town and search for talent gigs)

If you are good, or even if you aren't, get some training to really focus your skills - school classes and plays, community theatre...things like that
