The old RCX Mindstorms have been discontinued in favor of the new Mindstorms NXT.  You can buy NXT's at a lot of places like Toys R Us, Lego retail stores (if there are any in your area), or even sometimes at places like Circuit City or Comp USA.

You can also buy the NXT's on Lego's website, or through Lego's educational division, which has a slightly different (and arguably better) package than the standard NXT kit.

If you want the old RCX models, you may have to buy them secondhand, on eBay or BrickLink (http://www.bricklink.com/).
