  1. most likely any big chain hardware store, or you can get a blue bin and put the recycling sticker on it :D

  2. Home Depot carries various recycling bins in different sizes.

  3. If you want the authentic blue bin, check with Staples or OfficeMax. They can order one if not in stock.

In the name of true recycling, you can reuse another narrow container, and then print a recycling logo off the computer and stick it on your bin.

If you work near a large company that recycles internally (like Nationwide Insurance) you might be able to get one from the facilities manager. Maybe a Kinko's copy center, too.

    Happy Earth week!!!!!!

  4. you don't have to pay for it.   Call you city public works dep. and ask for one, they will provide you one next time they go to pickup your recicables

  5. your local municality should have available, usually for a nominal charge.  Give them a call or check their website (may be found in the "residents" section.

  6. If your trash/recycling is picked up by Miami-Dade, then you will be receiving a new 65 gallon cart...

    see http://www.miamidade.gov/dswm/bin.asp

If you live in the City of Homestead, they contract it out to Waste Management, who doesn't care. The City of Homestead doesn't care either. They won't even sell you an extra bin.

    Good Luck

  7. Take a copy of your city of Austin electric/water bill to a local fire department.  They will give you a bin or two if they have some in stock.  A few are out and waiting for the next shipment from the city.

  8. the store

  9. Lowe's carries the blue stacking bins for about $9 each, other sources include Big Lots and online at Amazon.com.  Just search for "Recycling Bin" - I personally use Sterilite 2-Drawer System from Wal-Mart and it works great for me when I go to the Recycling Center.
