Where do i check oil 85 hp force boat engine & lower unit?

These are 2 stroke engines.  The oil is mixed with the gas at a ratio of 50 gas to 1 oil.   The lower unit has 2 screws on the side,  the one under the prop shaft housing is used to drain and refill the fluid.  The one several inches above the prop shaft is the vent.  It must be removed to drain the fluid and when refilling, pump fluid into the lower hole until it comes out the top vent hole.  Replace the top vent s***w first then remove the fill tube and replace the bottom s***w quickly.  Make sure there are plastic or fiber washers on both screws.
