  1. I have Vista and have downloaded several clocks, but have not seen this one except in early screenshots of Vista. This may have been available during beta testing, and then maybe due to copyright issues, was removed??? Anyway, I have just asked this question on the Vista forum, so somebody there should remember this, and know the answer. I will reply again when I get a good response.

Update: I found this as part of a program called "DesktopX", which costs $25.00, and can be used to run "widgets", including the clock you asked about. DesktopX also states that you can export widgets as Windows Sidebar gadgets. This would mean that you could buy DesktopX, download the clock widget, and either run it using DesktopX, or use DesktopX to export (create) a gadget to use in your Vista sidebar. You may just want to forget about it, but here are a few more links. Maybe somebody else can create this for you?

And below is the link to the DesktopX site:

Again, do not spend any money until you give this some more time. Someone may have this available for Vista for free. Also, you may want to ask a new question like this: "Anybody use DesktopX?"  (does it work? Is it easy? Can you really create Vista gadgets with it?)

  2. The article says:

Accessible by clicking the configuration button on the clock

  3. ...(uncovered as in "accessible by clicking the configuration button on the clock")...

From the original article, did you try doing that?

    Thanks,

    Chad

  4. So.......have you clicked on the clock in YOUR sidebar (right click/left click I don't know which) and selected configure?  I don't have vista so I can't see what happens when you do that.

    Or go here:

I didn't actually find the exact same clock as the article and I don't know if you can further customise the clocks - like colour etc.  Have a look, but remember to select 'all languages' in the 'sort by' box.
