Where do i find a no show lip pierceing?

my job wont allow me to have any part of the lip pierceing show i bought a retainer, but i cant even wear that, what else could i do so it wont close??

If you can't wear a clear retainer, I can't think of anything else that would hide the piercing. You can take your chances with leaving it out and deal with the irritation caused to the piercing by removing and inserting the jewelry - If you have to do this, make sure to do lots of sea salt soaks to help soothe it.

You could always put a labret stud in and put a bandage over it :) Not the best option by any stretch, but it's one....

It sucks, but sometimes we need to choose between our piercings and our jobs. Are you able to start looking for a job at a more piercing-friendly place?

Nothing.  Gotta decide which is more important - the job or the piercing.
