Where do i find a triangle tip screwdriver?

I have a Little Tikes toy which needs a new battery. To remove the battery cover I need a small triangle shaped screwdriver bit. I have never come across this. My son will get through life fine without the sound - but I'd like to find this type of screwdriver anyway.
