  2. Scripted network and cable tv shows (and movies) are cast through talent agencies.

    A Casting Director submtis a list of breakdowns for whatever show or movie they're casting for and agents who have actors on their books who fit those descriptions will submit them for an audition.

    These kinds of shows do not have open calls, sorry.
