Most tourist shops and wine stores downtown have them.  I'm American and in Heidelberg and I have a friend in Mannheim that I can have look on post for you just shoot me an email with your contact info.

Go downtown. There are a few tourist/tabbaco type stores that have them.

If you have an American friend, ask them to check the PX for you or the Willy Geck.
